Shipping & Delivery
We are a small business, and will give your order personal service. We will ship your order within 2 business days, usually sooner. If you are in a hurry, contact us, we can usually get it out fast. If we run into any problems with your order, we will contact you right away. If an item is out of stock, it is shown as out of stock on our website. You can backorder most of our items. We will ship it to you when it comes in. We ship internationally.
We now offer cheaper international shipping by US First Class Mail. There is no insurance or tracking available with this service. This means that the risk of an item lost in the mail is born by the buyer. Contact us for faster shipping. We offer Express mail if you need it.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Diva Festival Outfitters is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
If you are not happy with your purchase, let us know. We allow exchanges, store credit and refunds on most items if you contact us within 14 days. The returned item has to be in new and unused condition, with tags still attached, so that we can sell it as new.
You must contact us before you return an item. You must request and receive a return authorization before you return an item to us. Exchanges: You will have to pay for shipping on an exchanged item when the replacement is shipped. Refunds: If you choose to receive a refund, and you received free shipping, you will be credited for the price of the item less the shipping for your item. If you paid for shipping, we will credit your credit card for the full amount that you paid for the item itself. In other words, you have to pay for all of the shipping if you return something. We do not give refunds for JJ Winters bags, only store credit. Most of our products are returnable. Deeply discounted sale items are not returnable. Jewelry is not returnable for sanitary reasons. Underwear and lingerie is, of course, not returnable. Costumes are not returnable, but can be exchanged for size if returned more than 4 weeks before Halloween. JJ Winters bags are only returnable for store credit. To return your item, contact us via email at [email protected] to ask if the item can be returned. If your return is authorized, we will give you a Return Authorization Number, a return address, and shipping instructions. After we receive your item and inspect it, we will either contact you, credit your account or send you the exchanged item.
